My Thoughts:
For my first critique of Anthropic’s Ai Foundations course I felt that in their discussion within the second video on the different ways in which people can interact with Ai to be quite general and unengaging as it not only was presented in a very bland and general way, but also failed to actually exemplify the differences between these distinct ways of Ai interaction and demonstrate how someone could go about practicing Ai use in such a manner for themselves.
What I would change:
– Have actual examples be provided and gone through about how the audience can interact in different ways with Ai, using multiple different kinds of Ai engines.
– Make the face camera much smaller and less intrusive as it doesn’t need to take up so much of the screen since the focus should be on the content rather than the presentator.
– Maybe add some more dynamic uses of editing and improvements to the overall visuals of the presentation as currently they are quite bland and general in the information presented.
Persona and Empathy Map Considerations:
These purposed changes would help our intended audience persona since the course is likely tagretting indivduals with very little understanding on the topic of AI, so walking them through how to use the technology in different ways would help to aliviate any hesitation on their part as they could pause the example and work through it a their own pace.
