What I thought:
Although I don’t think there is as much wrong with this section of Anthropic’s Ai fluency course I felt that once again the presentation of the information is quite lacking as it’s once again very simplistic and could be greatly improved with just a few minor tweaks. The speaker themselves does a pretty good job talking about the information however I think he should also mention what to avoid in following these principles.
Persona and Empathy Map Considerations:
Regarding our intended auidence persona and mind map, these changes would help to better segment the information for our audience, making it easier to understand and hone in on specfic parts which may be particualrly confusing when reviewing or understanding. In making the infomation more in-depth and segmented we allow our audience to once again take their own pace with the material and provide them with a much more digestable format which uses the initial 4D diagram as a showcase of each concept’s connections to each other rather than as its entire representation.
What I Would Change:
– Provide more comprehensive descriptions of each aspect of the 4D framework, also move the descritive information to be directly under it’s repective term rather than off to the side since it creates a visual dissconnection otherwise for the auidence.
– Keep the camera in the smaller format the entire time, it doesn’t need to be constantly fluctuating nor taking up so much of the screen since it just distracts from the actual content.
– Maybe add some examples or helpful resources under the camera pertaining to each of the core competencies to not only better support your audience but also to make sure space isn’t being wasted on the screen.
-Also Maybe separate the information into seperate sections so that you can go more in depth on each one, using the original graphic as a connecting point for each of the different topics.
-Give each section of the diagrams its own color to further differentiate them as different concepts, rather than just having them all be green like they are currently.
